A few months ago Daniel and I signed another year lease at our apartment. Even though we didn't move, we wanted to freshen up the place! I made a living room styleboard for us a while back for inspiration. I spruced it up a bit and thought I would share it with you all since I know many of you buy custom chalkboards for your home. This shows how one I made fit into our living room design. :)

I love the mix of vintage and modern. Chairish has such a great selection of vintage goodies.
Go check out their site if you haven't already!
Daniel has family roots in Canada. This pennant flag would be such a fun nod to that.
I ordered curtains similar to these that were on sale at Pottery Barn. After Daniel hung them up I realized I didn't like them. Haha. Sometimes going for the cheaper option isn't worth it. We've returned them and now have a curtain rod hanging by itself in the living room. I need to order them asap!
I looove this print from Minted. Unfortunately it was about $80 for the size we were wanting so we purchased
this black and white print of a horse from
art.com. It has the same kind of feel but works with the budget we were on.
I love the simplicity of this clock. This would also look cute in an office or kids school room.
I love this flag! Daniel and I purchased a new one before I found this one. The one we purchased is new and doesn't have the great texture and worn look as this one. It was only about $30 so I'm thinking we might have to order this one to display instead.
Goodness gracious, this sign is so incredible. I would have loved to have been a sign painter back in the day.
I tried painting a floral painting like this but all my paints are at my parents house so only had about 4 or 5 paint colors. Ha. Needless to say, it didn't turn out as I had hoped. Meh. I either need to get my paints or buy this beautiful print!
This is the chalkboard I made for our living room. I walked down the aisle to this beautiful song at our wedding. It's so special to us.
This isn't for sale but it is so beautiful!
Though we now live in Dallas, Daniel is originally from Austin. We may to need to get the Austin one too!
I love the pom poms on this pillow! World Market has velvet pillows
like this one that you could add pom poms to yourself if you were feeling crafty.
